ShipYourBicycles.com is an online shipping interface that lets everyone create their own shipping labels for UPS shipments.
When you book a shipment and print a shipping label from our site, you get an official UPS label that can be used just like a label you'd get at a UPS retail location. The only differences are:
- You can drop off your package at any UPS location, including a UPS Store, a UPS Customer Counter, a UPS facility, an Office Depot UPS Counter or a Staples UPS Counter. Simply hand your pre-paid package to the clerk.
- You don't have to go to a UPS location. You can book a shipment anywhere you have an Internet connection and a computer, and you can schedule a UPS driver to pick up the package from your home or business.
- You save 30% off retail shipping rates.

ShipYourBicycles.com allows manufacturers, dealers, collectors and hobbyists to:
Get free rate quotes for UPS shipping.
- Click the Get a Free Quote tab on the ShipYourBicycles.com home page.
- Enter the package dimensions, weight and to-and-from zip codes.
- See your rates for UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select and UPS Ground. The site shows retail rate, your savings and your cost — which is 30% less than retail.
- Choose the shipping method you want and click the Book this Shipment button.
- Log in by entering your email and password, or quickly create an account by entering your name, email and password. Skip to Step 3 below.
Book and pay for UPS shipments online.
- Click the Book a Shipment tab on the ShipYourBicycles.com home page.
- Log in by entering your email and password, or quickly create an account by entering your name, email and password.
- At the Book a Shipment page, fill in the Ship From and Ship To addresses. You can tell the site to remember your From address, as well as save multiple To addresses for future use. This saves a lot of time on future shipments.
- Fill in or confirm your package dimensions and weight. They are used to calculate your shipping rate, so please double check. Enter an optional merchandise description and a reference number.
- If desired, sign up for special services including:
- Send UPS email notifications to the recipient (free service).
- Receive confirmation of delivery (fee and signature required).
- Schedule a UPS driver to pick up the package at your location (fee required).
- Extra shipping insurance (fee required). Up to $100 is automatically covered.
- Click the Continue to Payment Details button.
- Choose or confirm your choice of shipping services: UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select or UPS Ground.
- Enter a payment method. To save time, you can use stored credit card information.
- Enter your billing address, if it's different from your Ship From address.
- Click the Order Summary Button. Your credit card will not be charged.
- Review your shipping and payment details, read and accept the Terms & Conditions, then click the Submit Order button.
Print shipping labels from your printer.
- When your shipping order is complete, we email your receipt and shipping label to you.
- On the Print Shipping Label& Receipt page, you can click the Print Shipping Label Now button or Print Thermal Shipping Label Now button.
- If you have a thermal label printer, simply stick your label to the top of your box.
- If you print to a standard paper printer, either attach the label with clear packing tape or slip it into an adhesive label pouch.
Schedule a driver pickup from your location.
When you enter your package's Shipping Details, you can select "I want to schedule a UPS package pickup."
For residential addresses, your package will generally be picked up by 6 p.m. Please be watching and ready for the driver's arrival.
Businesses generally have earlier pickup times than residences. Please be available to hand your package to the UPS driver.
Note: UPS charges an extra fee to pick up your package. During the booking process, we will add $4 to your shipment.

WHERE CAN I DROP OFF MY PACKAGE?
You can drop off your package at any UPS location, including a UPS Store, a UPS Customer Counter, a UPS facility, an Office Depot UPS Counter or a Staples UPS Counter. Simply hand your pre-paid package to the clerk. At this point, your package should be all taped up and ready to ship, with your prepaid shipping label securely fastened to the top.
